LayerSpace Terms & Conditions



Any violation of these Terms of Service will result in the termination of your account, with or without warning.

LayerSpace is a private service which provides website building tools, image gallery hosting and Interactive client image selection tools.

LayerSpace reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason or for no reason. LayerSpace reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. LayerSpace users are entirely liable for all activities conducted through their account.

By signing up for a LayerSpace account, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
The following rules apply while using LayerSpace services:

Pornographic, obscene, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Offensive and indecent directory, gallery and Space names are not allowed and will be blocked and/or removed. LayerSpace is not responsible for the content of any member's website. We reserve the right to remove any sites that are in violation of our terms and conditions. Members will be held legally responsible for the content of their websites for, but not limited to, use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author or posting material considered indecent for minors. The use of LayerSpace websites for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden and offending websites will be removed without notice. LayerSpace membership will be revoked if any of the following content is considered by LayerSpace to be active:
Adult or Pornographic content
Hate, Bigotry, and/or Intolerance
Sale or promotion of Warez or software piracy
Music piracy
Hacking related subjects
Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed)
Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software.
Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software.
Spamming to promote a website
Anything related to illegal activity.
We do not allow any type of programs, software, or music files to be stored on our server.
You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. LayerSpace reserves the right to remove Content which is deemed in LayerSpace's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies LayerSpace has in place at the time.
You or LayerSpace may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. To remove your LayerSpace site and account, login and visit your My LayerSpace section.
LayerSpace will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur from a system crash or hard disk failure.
To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, LayerSpace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use LayerSpace services.
All LayerSpace websites display a small text link at the bottom of linking back to LayerSpace.com.
All templates offered by LayerSpace are copyrighted material. Such templates are offered for use to LayerSpace users under licence only, and are not offered for sale or unbridled use. Such licence limits use of LayerSpace templates to sites hosted by LayerSpace.com. LayerSpace templates may not be transferred to or hosted on another web host or Internet Service Provider.

Abuse Policies
ADULT OR INAPPROPRAITE CONTENT
Pornographic, obscene, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
LayerSpace will treat all abuse violations on a case by case basis and the decision of LayerSpace will be final and binding.

Contemporary nude "art" may be acceptable under certain circumstances.
However, if any images in this category become the subject of a complaint, they will become unacceptable content.
Any text which describes, refers to, or alludes to services, stories, or products of an adult or sexual nature is a violation of our terms. Other inappropriate content includes:
Graphically violent images not specific to the context of the site
Graphically violent content that is not computer generated for gaming purposes
Hate speech directed toward an individual or group of people based on sex, color, creed, practices, or orientation
Content depicting or referring to the harm of others, animals, or property
Content depicting violent behavior toward others or oneself

Hacking Related Content
There are several definitions which can be applied to hacking related content. Please review the following to better understand the issue and what constitutes hacking related content.
In addition, any text or information relating to the following is a violation of our terms:
Unauthorized use, or attempts to circumvent or bypass the security mechanisms of an information system or network.
Unauthorised access to a computer, its files and programmes.
Usage, creation, or distribution of tools or programs intended to alter or enhance the experience of a game or program opposed to the intended use or function of that game or program.
LayerSpace does not allow any program to be hosted on an account. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions.

If you find a site hosted by LayerSpace which is using or distributing content in violation of the above definitions, please report the site to LayerSpace including the following:
The site address in violation
The name of the page(s) that contains the content in question
The specific location of the violation
Method of violation (distribution, tutorial)
Please email LayerSpace to report the violation.

COPYRIGHT
Copyrights are a collection of rights relating to the reproduction, distribution, performance and so forth of original literary, musical, dramatic or artistic works, films, sound recordings, broadcasts and other matter. The copyright owner has the exclusive right to do, or allow others to do, the acts set out in the legislation.
If you find a site hosted by LayerSpace which is in violation of copyrights held by yourself, your company or organization, please report the site to LayerSpace including the following:
The site address in violation of your copyright
The name of the page(s) that contains the content in question
A description of the content
Location of your site from which the content has been stolen
Method of violation (hotlinked content, copied content, altered content)
Date of creation of original content
